Yoga to restore
Friendly and informal hatha yoga to relax and restore. Beginners are very welcome. This style of yoga includes a balance of pranayama (breathing practices) and asanas (physical postures), with plenty of time for relaxation.
Food to nourish
All of your meals are included and will be prepared by our private chef and nutritionist team. The healthy, hearty and comforting menu will support your mind and body well-being, helping you to feel nourished and cared for.

Our yoga sessions will be designed and led by Belinda.
I have been offering a range of hatha yoga classes in Warwickshire for 20 years. I also run teacher training courses in the UK and worldwide, and have a specialism in women's health. I was recently featured in the BBC 1 documentary 'Health; Truth or Scare'.
Hatha yoga is a style of yoga which develops both flexibility and strength, and has many benefits. The asanas (physical postures) are done relatively slowly and deeply, rather than moving fast from one to the next.
My sessions are informal and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed with people feeling able to rest longer or to work deeper if they wish.
There are also plenty of laughs; yoga is a serious discipline with far reaching benefits yet my style is playful and exploratory.
Sisters Joss & Flo work together in their London based supper club business Wylde Feasts.
Joss is a trained chef and long-time foodie. Her love for seasonal foods and fresh cooking started from knee-high when learning to cook with her family from the ingredients in the garden.
With a passion for plant-based power, Joss knows how to sustain and surprise her diners on dishes that showcase the beauty and abundance of plants without sacrificing on flavour.
Flo, a registered Nutritional Therapist (MBant), will also be joining the retreat.
Together they serve delicious food whilst also explaining some of the medicinal properties along the way.
Their style is relaxed and homely, with a big emphasis on sharing and bringing people together around the table.
