Typical daily flow of our retreat

 

Just to give you an idea of what to expect, daily flow with timings will be confirmed closer to the date.

Everything here is, of course, optional. This is your weekend to slow down, and do whatever feels good to you.

How you choose to spend your free time is also up to you. You can walk in the countryside, relax in the hot tub, take a bath, or simply lie down and rest.
